Inspect the anode rod to see it needs to be replaced. These are important in prolonging the life of your water heater.

Lp Drop Test
Test to check for propane leaks in your unit.

Roof Inspections
We check over the units roof to make sure sealants are holding up and for any soft spots in the roof that may have occurred from unknown water damage.
